CLAT 2020 Admit Card: CONSORTIUM OF NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITIES has released a notification for the admission of their flagship program CLAT 2020 Admit Card that is CLAT 2020 on CLAT official website http://clat.ac.in.

The CLAT 2020 examination for both UG and PG candidates scheduled for 7th September 2020 has been postponed to Monday, the 28th of September 2020 from 2 to 4 PM.

To download the CLAT admit card 2020, candidates must enter their registered mobile number and password in the CLAT login. Details mentioned in the CLAT 2020 admit cards are the name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of the CLAT 2020 exam as well as CLAT 2020 exam center details.

CLAT is for admissions to 5-year LLB and LLM program offered by the 21 participating NLUs (National Law University). Many other states and universities also take CLAT scores for admissions. CLAT admit card is required for counseling and admissions as well as in PSU recruitment.

CLAT Exam Eligibility

CLAT 20201. All Eligibility Candidates Can Apply the CLAT 2020 Form.
2. NO Upper Age Limit in CLAT 2020

CLAT BA LLB Undergraduate (UG) Course Eligibility

  1. As regards the minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates must have secured:
    • Forty-five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories
    • Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
  2. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2020 are also eligible to appear in CLAT 2020 examination. However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
  3. The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the Course.
  4. In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under:
    • Higher marks in the component/section on legal aptitude in the CLAT 2020 exam;
    • Higher age;
    • Computerized draw of lots.

CLAT MA LLM Postgraduate (PG) Course Eligibility

  1. An LL.B Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
  2. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2020 are also eligible to apply.
  3. No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT 2020.
  4. Tie Breaker Rule: In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under:
    • Higher age;
    • ii. Computerized draw of lots.
